MOUNTAIN DULCIMERS
These instruments produce a sweet, soothing sound. I feel this is one of the easiest stringed instruments in the world to play. Anyone who can hum or sing a tune can easily learn to play it on the dulcimer. Fitted with a diatonic fret scale (except for the optional 6 ½ fret), it is a great melody instrument. However, it is not limited to the most basic playing style. In the hands of expert players, it becomes a very complex instrument.

I have evolved five Standard Models, each having its own unique blend of aesthetics and voicing.

These full-sized 27.5-inch scale length Dulcimers are proven designs with well balanced tone and volume. The Hourglass is the most popular design due to aesthetics and fuller tone.

This large-body, full-size 27.5-inch scale length design is the performers choice. The large unique body design gives it the fullest, most balanced tone and volume. It is a true joy to own and play.
